Asimov 1 moves to Batch 5 with fuller kit specifications

Menlo’s Asimov 1 order page now identifies Batch 5 as forming. The DIY kit remains listed at $20,000, with a separate $499 reservation deposit. Shipping and tariffs can affect the final cost by destination.

The updated page specifies 25 powered joints, a 491 Wh battery, a 2 MP camera and peak torque of 120 Nm. Height and weight remain 1.2 metres and 35 kilograms. These are manufacturer specifications for the developer platform.

Menlo estimates about 20 hours for assembly and offers an assembled option by inquiry. Batch formation describes the current ordering offer; it does not establish a delivery date.
